Inspired by the great poet Mirza Ghalib in his historical birthplace, the name "Ghalib" has been a symbol of trust for over 40 years across our family ventures. Our culinary journey officially started in the year 2000, when our founder Mohammad Afzal opened a small shop with a big vision—serving authentic, lip-smacking Chicken Biryani to food lovers.
Carrying this rich legacy forward since 2010, his sons Mohammad Aman and Mohammad Farman took over the reins to transform that humble beginning into the full-fledged Galib Restaurant. Under their leadership, the focus has always been on warm hospitality, meticulous hygiene, and rich Mughlai recipes. We continuously strive to deliver exceptional service so every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable royal dining experience.
